SF filter has 5 sub-series: SFS series has single-basket configuration, quick-open design, suitable for most of all application at low flowrate, flexible inlet and outlet layout are available; SFS series also has single-basket configuration, flanged seal, bolts and nuts fastening, suitable for high pressure applications. SFM series has multi-basket configuration, quick-open design, suitable for high flowrate application, and with advantages of compact construction, large filter area, flexible nozzle layout and convenient changeout and cleaning of the basket. SFV series also has multi-basket configuration, flanged seal, bolts and nuts fastening, suitable for high pressure applications.SFZ series has single-basket configuration, the inlet and outlet are on the same horizontal centerline, which requires no elbow pipe Socket.

Selection principle
1. Import and export diameter:

In principle, the inlet and outlet diameter of the filter should not be smaller than the inlet diameter of the matching pump, which is generally the same as the diameter of the inlet pipeline.
2. Nominal pressure:
Determine the pressure rating of the filter according to the highest possible pressure in the filter line.
3. Selection of the number of holes:
The main consideration is the particle size of impurities to be intercepted, which is determined according to the process requirements of the medium. The particle size that can be intercepted by wire meshes of various specifications is shown in the following table "Conversion Specifications of Filter Mesh".
