The liquid flows in from the inlet, the scraper with compensation is close to the inner surface of the filter screen, the liquid flows outward from the inner surface of the filter element through the filter screen, the impurities are trapped on the inner surface, and the liquid flows out from the outlet; with the passage of time, the impurities gradually If the pressure increases, the pressure difference rises, and the filter screen is cleaned according to the set pressure difference or regularly.

The motor drives the scraper to rotate horizontally to clean the filter screen. When the scraper rotates, the impurities are scraped off by the scraper and flow to the bottom of the filter screen, and the large proportion of impurities are deposited in the sewage collection chamber. Each cleaning consists of several strokes, and after the surface of the filter screen is cleaned, the filtering capacity is restored. Normal filtration during cleaning, flow is not interrupted.

After several cleaning cycles, the impurities accumulate to a certain amount, and the drain valve is opened regularly to discharge the waste liquid containing high concentration impurities, which can also be recycled if necessary.

Automatic cleaning control system
The SCFM filter is equipped with an automatic cleaning control system, which integrates the parallel control functions of differential pressure cleaning and timing cleaning, and can control the high-energy operation of the filter according to the working conditions. If required, remote real-time monitoring of DCMF can also be realized by customization. Differential pressure cleaning is suitable for most occasions and is a good cleaning mode. The pressure difference reflects the accumulation of filter cake on the surface of the filter element or the blockage of the filter element. When the set pressure difference value is reached, the self-cleaning action is started. It is recommended to clean the pressure. The difference is 0.1MPa, which can be adjusted within the range of 0.01-0.1MPa according to the working conditions. The timed cleaning can be set between 0-24 hours. For example, when the differential pressure mode fails, the time mode still works and can be used as a protection. The cleaning cycle setting should be close to the average cycle of the filter differential pressure cleaning mode. There are two types of differential pressure transmitters in automatic control system, differential pressure switch and differential pressure transmitter. The transmitter can output real-time differential pressure value, with higher sensitivity and reliability, which is convenient for DCMF remote real-time monitoring.
